2015 Lex Mundi Antitrust, Competition & Trade Practice Group Meeting

Partner Anna Rossides represented our firm at the 2015 Lex Mundi Antitrust, Competition and Trade Practice Group Europe/ Middle East/ Africa regional meeting, held in Athens between 5-6 November and hosted by Greek Lex Mundi member firm, Zepos & Yannopoulos.

The first session of the meeting covered horizontal antitrust issues in distribution, focusing on ‘non- traditional’ restrictive practices such as signalling, hub & spoke and information exchange; the second covered current ‘hot topics’ in pursuing and defending against antitrust damage claims. The meeting closed with a Lex Mundi Business Development and Practice Group Planning session.
