The Cyprus Funds Summit 2015

Associate Angelos Exadactylos represented our firm at the Summit, which was organised by the Cyprus Investment Fund Organisation (CIFA) and was endorsed by the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA). It took place under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance of Cyprus and the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA).

The Summit was officially opened by Mr Angelos Gregoriades, President of CIFA and Mr Nicos Anastassiades, President of the Republic of Cyprus, who announced that the government should proceed with new measures on making Cyprus attractive as an Investment Funds Hub.

The summit was comprised by three key sessions:

• Session 1: ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUNDS
• Session 2: THE EUROPEAN FUNDRAISING MARKET
• Session 3: THE CYPRUS INVESTMENT FUNDS INDUSTRY AND OUTLOOK FOR THE FUTURE
