International Loan Documentation Seminar

Partner Pavlos Symeonides and Associate Pavlos Mundis participated in an intensive 2 day seminar, which took place in Nicosia on 6 and 7 July 2015 and was taught by the renowned international lawyer and financial analyst, Dr Nick Skrekas.
The seminar focused on international loan documentation laws, administrative provisions, enforcement, spotting issues, negotiation and drafting, representations, undertakings as well as recent trends and developments related to Cyprus, such as the new insolvency legislation, the issue of non-performing loans and the prospect of hedge funds purchasing portfolios of non-performing loans from local Banks.
