George Mountis presents at the 11th CFO Management Forum

Partner George Mountis is among the prestigious speakers at the 11th CFO Management Forum, organised by IMH and presented by Ernst & Young Cyprus.

The Forum addresses one of the most important issues currently affecting the Cyprus business world -corporate restructuring – and, in addition, focuses on the new insolvency and foreclosure legislation and how this affects banks’ non-performing loans. George Mountis’ presentation specifically examines the new legal framework for foreclosures and insolvency.
