Public Offer & Prospectus Law Amendment 2015

An amendment to Section 12 of the Public Offer and Prospectus Law, 114(I)/2005, provides that, in case the final terms of the offer are neither included in the base prospectus, nor in a supplement, they shall be communicated by the Securities and Exchange Commission to the European Supervisory Authority and, where applicable, to the competent authority of the host EU member state.
