Directors’ Duties & Liabilities Seminar

Partner Anna Rossides and associate Andreas Charalambides participated in the Director’s Duties and Liabilities seminar, organised by the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), which was held at CIIM in Nicosia on 12 May 2015.

The objective of the seminar was to provide company directors and officers of all descriptions, with the ability to identify and analyse the complex range of personal and professional risk exposure and to understand the legal safeguards available to them, as well as the limits of such safeguards. The seminar also focused on current legislative trends, Directors & Officers Liability Insurance and Insurance cover.
